I am extremely disappointed with the care my father-in-law received at this facility. The overall treatment and attention from the staff were very poor. The place was not clean, and the staff did not seem attentive to the residents’ needs. What concerned us the most was that my father-in-law fell from his bed, and the situation was not handled with the level of care and urgency that it deserved. We expected at least the minimum level of attention and safety, but unfortunately that was not the case. Our family trusted this facility to care for him, and the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on the lack of cleanliness, supervision, and proper care.

I don’t understand how this place has a 4.0 star review. It’s horrible. They neglected my family member and didn’t provide the care they promised. I am so disappointed and angry. I think this facility led to his fast decline at the end of his life. We had to request an ambulance to get him out of there back to the hospital before they left him to die there. The staff is rude and sarcastic. I don’t even think we saw a doctor once he was there and the people there didn’t seem like well trained nurses if they were nurses at all. They couldn’t even change his soiled diaper well or keep up with his hygiene. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Don’t send your family there.

This place is horrible!!! Leave your loved one here to die. Staff is rude and inattentive. The facility is ran down and the rooms look nothing like they do on the pictures. They do not check on patients and found my father on the floor soiled, unsure of how long he had been there. Also, they reported to us that he was eating 100% of his meals, but when we went to the hospital he was severely dehydrated and malnourished and ended up with a stomach peg. This place leaves people on wheelchairs all day long and provided no therapy while charging the insurance for therapy. They also wasted 5 days of the 20 the insurance allows for therapy doing a so called “assessment”. My loved one had been there for 3 days and the staff didn’t even know he was unable to communicate. He was there for only a few days and his health went down hill. He is doing much better now that he is out of this facility. The staff treats their patients and patient guest like trash. Horrible place. Don’t leave your loved one there, no care and empathy.

I had a great experience with Mason Creek Transitional Care. The staff was kind, attentive, and truly compassionate. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which gave me peace of mind. Communication was clear, and it was obvious that the team genuinely cares about the people they serve. I’m very grateful for the care provided and would highly recommend Mason Creek Transitional Care to anyone looking for quality transitional or skilled nursing care.

This is a 5 star facility. My wife has been here for over a year recovering from her 2nd stroke. I have been here 7 days a week since she arrived so I get to see all the inner workings of the facility. From the caring staff to the physical therapy department to the kitchen. I would not have had her here if I didn’t know she was receiving the best care. I don’t live close and could have her somewhere more convenient but here I can go home knowing that she is going to be well cared for. People here really care about her.
