This place is horrible no professionalism at all. Some of the employees do not need to be in the health profession whether you are a temp.or permanent. They don't even follow Dr's orders I wouldn't but my worse enemy is this facility. It's not company that just purchase the facility it's the employees that were there before. If you care about your love ones plse choose another facility. This place didn't even deserve a ⭐

I’m giving a review based on an experience from my patient. She recently had a hip replacement and was at mary view for 4 horrible weeks. She described the nurses and staff there as pure evil, all except one. Stated that she sat soiled in her bed for hours after many staff said “we’re too busy”. I understand nurses and staff are understaffed and over worked but this is ridiculous. She also was told by a nurse there named June, after she wheeled out into the hall to “stop coming out here and bothering me” she stated she just went back to her room and cried. Said it was a living hell. Ashamed to hear this. DO BETTER.

My Mom stayed here 5 days to recover from hip surgery. She also has short term memory loss due to vascular dementia. She was supposed to be there for another 12 days, but I pulled her out because #1 They refused to provide adequate monitoring to keep her from falling and we had to pay another caretaker (out of pocket) to stay around the clock to monitor her. #2 The staff was negligent and untrained, leaving her alone and in danger on 3 occasions (NEVER do this with high fall risk patients) #3 Refusal to provide adequate and sanitary sleeping/sitting arrangements for family and paid caregivers who had to monitor her around the clock because they refused to do so. #4 Rude admin personnel, that talked down to family, and acted like they were doing us a favor, instead of providing us with a service that they were being paid for, as well as outright lying to us on several occasions, and finally #5 Effectively holding my Mom hostage, saying that if she left facility it would be Against Medical Advice and insurance would not pay for the continuing home health care that she needed. Had to demand to see the Medical Director, and thankfully he "authorized" her to leave, so we could continue to get medical care. I am convinced that they did everything in their power to try and extract more insurance funds vs providing the health care they are supposed to be providing. Will NEVER utilize any Bon Secour facility again! This was a nightmare!

I've visited my aunt who will be staying there for a while. The staff was very nice and helpful and listened to her. The only reason I give 3stars is because the food is terrible. They need to take a lesson from Maryview

Ridiculous. This place is the worst. Their inadequate care lead to my grandmother being in a brain dead state. She was only there 2 days. A lawsuit will be coming!
