This was such a great program they were easy to work with and I was able to get into contact with the teacher every easily and the information was given in an easily understandable way. I will use them again in the future for my 20 hour renewal.

I was unsure whether I wanted to move forward with taking the ALM course and investing in myself, so I researched several training providers before making my decision. After speaking with Imani and then Leesa, I felt confident that this was the right time. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly supportive. I always felt comfortable reaching out to Imani, Leesa, or even the owner, Mr. Ole, with any questions or concerns, and they were always willing to help. The course exceeded my expectations. I learned so much through the lessons and practical, real-life assignments that helped me apply what I was learning to real situations. Those exercises gave me the confidence and tools I need to succeed as an Assisted Living Manager. One of my favorite features of the course was the knowledge test after each module. Earning a certificate of completion after passing each test was both motivating and rewarding, making me feel one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming an Assisted Living Manager. I highly recommend this program to anyone considering a career as an ALM.

I have truly enjoyed my experience in the ALM course. The program has been informative, engaging, and has provided me with valuable knowledge and skills. This wasn’t the original program I was going to take but Mrs Lisa was able to get me in within minutes of me calling. I especially want to recognize Imani for being an exceptional instructor. Her teaching style is clear, encouraging, and inspiring. Beyond simply teaching the material, she brings a positive spirit and energy to every class that makes a real difference. I would definitely recommend Maryland CareConnect!
