Went to visit a friend and a resident let us in the building. There were no one at the nurse station when we drove up there were five ladies sitting out side. This look bad as someone who has worked in a nursing facility for over 30 years. The wrong person could have gotten in the building or resident could have gotten out. And the problem is not with the building it's with the staff. Working to make life work better for the elderly.CNA Illinois

Came to visit my sister, was shocked at her condition, and state of the facilities. The people themselves are very nice and friendly, but Geez Louise, I wouldn’t put a stray animal in this place. My sister wore the same clothes 2 days in a row, stained and covered in food crumbs. Just sitting in public spaces staring into nothing. It’s breaking my heart to see her in an institution like this, she deserves better.
