Rehab horrible, pt not aggressive enough, rooms are crowded and full of random rehab equipment, sheets had holes in them, short staffed, NP didn’t listen or follow through on pt needs. Some staff was super kind. For a new unit, I expected luxury decor instead of drab rooms. I do like the long term care but not rehab at this place. Sad Was here few years ago and same thing.

What a horrible experience! My mom was sent there from the hospital for physical therapy. She was not taken care of. They get one shower a week🤢. She started having seizures from the stress of being there. Her first seizure I pushed the nurses button and no one came for 20 minutes. The second one of the day her food tray was being delivered so I got a nurse quicker. I said I'm taking her home. I called her doctor and was told his PA would be there. Than the rudest person ever came in and said her doctor didn't want her leaving there( which I later found out was a lie). Said we had to sign an AMA ( against medical advice) so we did and 10 minutes later the P A showed up to discharge her. I was lied to. I thought this place was to help people instead I brought my mother home in worst shape. I feel sorry for all the people there that have no one to advocate for them.

I was apprehensive being 55 and going to a "nursing home/rehab center". When The experience was top notch. Bright, upbeat, kind, professional care. Food, CNA's, Nursing, Therapy, Maintenance.... evrey one of them i couldn't of been more grateful to how they treated me and witness of others.

My great aunt is staying there and I wish she wasn't. It took over 2 hours for them to get a bed ready after they were asked to take care of it, because it was clear nothing was being done. If you care for your parent or grandparent, please take them somewhere else. The amount of 1 star reviews is definitely deserved.

Very under staffed yet still take in new patients. The wing ( pod) my mother in law stayed in was so short staffed the nurses have to work two different areas and not easily located when needed due to staff shortage. Lifting a patient that requires two people is done with only one again because of under staffing. I will be making a formal complaint and I will make this horrible situation known on behave of all patients that don’t have a voice
