The Staff here is very welcoming, The dedication of the aides and techs really shows. A big thank you to the Resident Care Director Tina, her coordination with our family and the staff here has made for a easy transition for our family. Its a big wave of relief to know our loved one is in good hands.

After researching, interviewing, and touring multiple assisted living options for our loved one, Lakeshore Woods stood out above the rest! In just a matter of weeks, our family member has come to love this new home and all the staff! We are so grateful to Lakeshore Woods, not just because it is a beautiful facility with exceptional amenities for their residents and provides high quality care, but that we can now rest at night knowing our loved one is safe.

I've had family and friends here at this home, the staff is knowledgeable, respectful and they genuinely care about those who reside here. I've been visiting friends recently and see nothing but improvements in the facility, upgraded flooring in the older building, a new cook providing a variety of new dishes for the residents. The staff changes, positive output and support is top notch. I would highly recommend this care facility to family and friends.

My experience with Lakeshore Woods has been overwhelmingly positive. From the moment I first walked through the doors, the staff was warm, welcoming, and informative. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Common areas are inviting and well-maintained, and the private rooms feel more like cozy apartments than clinical settings. There are a variety of activities offered daily—everything from arts and crafts to movie nights and fitness classes—which have helped many of our residents to stay engaged and social.

This facility was very helpful in making the transition for my mother who has dementia as smooth as possible. I’m a truck driver and I’m only home on the weekends. They made sure somebody was available to go over the paperwork on a Saturday to go around my schedule. My mother had to be moved into a facility with a memory unit. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive! My mother, who is stubborn as a mule and does not like change at all, but is extremely happy staying there! I was shocked as anybody when I spoke with her about staying there a few days after the move and she said she really likes the place and loves her big open room! I can rest my head at night knowing my mother is well taken care of and knowing she is happy ❤️ I would recommend this place to anybody
