Recently moved my parents into this facility after my dad had a pretty nasty fall. I love the staff here. I know most of them by name already, and they greet me every time they see me. They have been absolutely wonderful with my parents and the process of getting them in and settled. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I've not noticed the "smell" that places like this typically have, and my parents enjoy most of what is offered here. I can't give this place enough praise.

My mother first heard about this independent living community from neighbors at her previous residence, and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Marlton Gardens. Curious to see it for ourselves, we scheduled a tour—and from the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special.<br><br>Walking up the beautifully landscaped pathway, surrounded by lovely plantings and welcoming benches, immediately created a warm and inviting feeling. The foyer is stunning, opening into a four-story atrium filled with natural light. The grand piano and fireplace in the elegantly appointed sitting area add a sense of warmth, comfort, and charm.<br><br>While the spacious, well-maintained apartments were impressive, it was truly the amenities and exceptional staff that convinced us this was the right choice. From Cindy, John, Diane, Orlando, Debbie, the Activities Director, and the dining staff, everyone has been welcoming, caring, and always ready with a smile. They made me feel comfortable, valued, and safe from my very first day.<br><br>Choosing Marlton Gardens has been one of the best decisions my family and I have made. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marlton Gardens. My mother moved in last week after a stay in a rehab facility following a broken hip. She wasn’t ready to return home on her own, but also didn’t need full assisted living, so finding the right place was incredibly important to us.<br><br>Before she even moved in, Lisa, the sales associate, made an incredible impact on me. I came in alone, overwhelmed and upset about my mom’s situation and the pressure of finding the right place for her. Lisa spent hours with me, patiently walking me through everything, showing me around the entire complex, and answering every single question I had. She truly took the time to ease my mind and made me feel confident that this was the right decision.<br>From the very beginning, the team at Marlton Gardens has been exceptional. John and Dianne, the managers, have gone above and beyond to make sure my mother is comfortable and has everything she needs. Their kindness and attention to detail have made this transition so much easier for both of us.<br><br>Stanley from maintenance has been amazing—he’s been in and out of her apartment helping hang things, install items, and make sure everything is safe and set up just right. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents.<br><br>Every time I stop by the office (which is often!), Orlando and Maria are always welcoming and ready to help with anything that comes up. Their support has not gone unnoticed.<br><br>And a special thank you to Chef Sam—my mother is a very picky eater, but he has somehow managed to make her excited about going down for meals. That alone speaks volumes.<br><br>Her apartment is adorable, well-maintained, and has all the amenities she needs. Most importantly, I have peace of mind knowing she is in a safe environment where there are always people around to help if needed. She can focus on her comfort and well-being, and that means everything to me.<br>I highly recommend Marlton Gardens to anyone looking for a caring, supportive independent living community.
