Our loved one’s experience started out good but became basically a nightmare at the Village. The nIghtmare started with a change of personnel and management. When we removed our loved one there was quite a loss of ground personally including self esteem and we can honestly attribute that to the management of the Village.Nursing is a joke. The RTS told loved ones that they don’t listen to parents and you have to do what “we” say. That woman who was put in charge of the Village has no education and staff dislikes her intensely. She had little regard for the residents or families. Marbridge Foundation also was a revolving door of personnel. Never knew who did what. Employees left. Residents had no one to help them that they could trust to help. That is bad. If you will notice, the current pats on the backs about Marbridge Foundation on KXAN and internet are paid for by the Marbridge Foundation. We do not recommend the Village at Marbridge on many levels. They are not what they appear to be. Apologies to staff who truly did try to help the clients. Our loved one is elsewhere now and receiving excellent care thus far.
