We appreciate that our tour was well planned and organized by Devon. The development is truly beautiful with quality furnishings and decorations, We had a chance to meet some residents which was nice. Truly as great experience and we hope to be residents in in the near future …Bill Eaton

We recently toured Maravilla Scottsdale, and it is a beautiful campus. The entire property was kept very clean. There are multiple lounges, meeting/card rooms, and an indoor lap pool. We enjoyed a very good lunch and spent time talking with Xavier, the restaurant manager. He was very pleasant and shared a lot of information with us. We looked at a two bedroom apartment and that was also very nice.

First Class experience thus far as we are working hard to move in on June 11!! Having many upgrades done to our Blazing Star apartment and Maravilla Staff has been most helpful in facilitating. This definitely makes getting older more fun!
