Sun communities care more about their money then they do about their renters<br>Also the ground that it is built on is giving way will cost you much to make repairs to home because of ground the home is on if they do not redid and repair first

Used to live here and loved it except HOA fee was increasing yearly.

Trailers are set down in the winter with uneven ground. Foundations are cracked and ruined, driveways are trash and they refuse to fix. Avoid this terrible place.
