No stars. This nursing home is a poor excuse for a facility. There is no respect or love for any of the elderly that live there. They are treated like herded cattle when they should be treated like kings and queens! They should be living their golden years but should not be treated like just another paycheck for people.

My grandmother was taken to this facility to get physical therapy and when we went to visit her she had told us that the did not give her the help she needs any time we go to see her the staff cleans her when we get there and we have to sit outside of her room for at least 30 minutes just to see her and when we get in her room her hair looks disgusting and she is very neglected she is depressed and always crying that she wants to go home and her social worker that goes through the facility refuses to let her go to a different nursing facility even though this facility is 2 hours away from our home the staff members frequently take her items out of her room when she is out in the main area they have supposedly lost all of her jewelry and taken some of her electronics

My dear friend recently went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ. She stayed at Maplecrest Rehab for a period of time. During her stay there, when I asked, she always said that she was treated very well and that the food was very good(that was a compliment coming from such an accomplished cook of many, many years). Thank you that you work so hard to provide comfort to so many loved ones.

This place is the worst of it's kind in every way ! The workers are very rude and stuck up. Plus, they treat the residents like animals. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!!!!!
