My mom is soon to be 72, and we recently lost my dad, so we (her included) and my 3 brothers took a tour of the place with Kim Miller (she runs the facility and she's awesome) and decided it was a great fit!! She has the cutest apartment with sliding door that has an adorable patio!! We've decorated it cute and she sits in the sun as much as she can!!! She Loves the aides, they love her and treat her with dignity!! The food not a favorite, soo we stock her up so she can make her own when she needs/wants!!😆 Oh also Connie and the new owners are wonderful too!!!

My 98-year old mother-in-law nearly died after being there less than three months. There is no nurse on duty on the weekends. They do not (as of this summer) allow Munson doctors to come in and push some random traveling doctor on the patients. When my MIL started having problems, the nurse there recommended hospice. Now, six months later, my MIL is thriving at another facility in Holland. The food here is also bad, ask any resident or try it for yourself. To add insult to injury, the management failed in their commitment to forward my MIL's mail on multiple occasions leading to unpaid bills. There are some positive things to say: the building is new, scrupulously clean and most of the hands-on staff we interacted with were caring.

If your considering sending your loved one to this facility I would look elsewhere. They will not get the proper care that they need and deserve . Management is a joke and do not care about the residents like they say they do. Some of the caregiver 's they hire have absolutely no background in this field. Training is a joke also. You watch a few videos and then automatically put on the floor to care for the residents. State has been called several times for this facility.

I had the chance to tour Maple Ridge last week and it's a great facility. I also talked with some of the residents and they love the activities and the great friends they have made there. Very state of the art and the staff seemed very friendly.
