Manteno Springs

Manteno Springs, located in Manteno, Illinois, is an assisted living community serving adults 65 and older who need help maintaining their independence. The community is fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living Program and is situated on the Diversatech campus on the east side of Manteno, in Kankakee County, approximately 40 miles south of downtown Chicago.

The community offers private apartments designed for senior living with a range of floor plans to accommodate older adults' needs, including mini-blinds and ample closet space. Certified staff are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide personal assistance and help with medications. Support services include three daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry services.

Residents enjoy an active community focused on lifestyle and wellness, with opportunities for companionship and participation in social and recreational activities. The emphasis is on maintaining dignity and independence while receiving the helping hand needed for activities residents may no longer be able to perform safely on their own.

A financial assistance program is available to those who qualify, and the Supportive Living Program serves seniors 65 or older on Medicaid who receive minimum Social Security income. The community received A Great Place to Work certification in 2025 and the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living 2020 Bronze Quality Award.
