The Manor is a wonderful Skilled Nursing Facility. The management team is very involved and knowledgeable. They make resident care a top priority. Staff members are friendly and very helpful, and the facility is a clean environment. I highly recommend this facility as a choice for skilled nursing services and/or long-term care.

My sister was admitted there for 3 weeks of physical therapy. So far she’s been taken to the ER because of their inexperience with removing a catheter. She was sick for four days before someone thought to administer a Covid test. It was positive by the way. She’s now in “isolation”, which means her door is closed but her older roommate is still in the room with her. I don’t even want to discuss how high her blood sugar got because she wasn’t given her insulin! If she didn’t still have a catheter I would take her home today!

If I could I give zero stars the aids don't care about the residents my wife told them her dad had a accident at the the restaurant and he wanted to be cleaned up they said they would after the outher residents come in from there smoke break 4hours later they finally done it after he tried to clean he's self up if it was up to me I shut the place down if you got family there move them somewhere that dose care it should not take that long to get to some one to clean them up I'm sorry but in my eyes they don't care there just working to get that pay checks .

I'm not too happy we went to see my dad why we was there after telling the nursing 2 time he needed to be clean up after a accident he had at restaurants it's took 4 hours later so I don't recommend this place if it was me they wouldn't got any star just saying

This facility is an absolute awful place to watch over your family members. Everyone there, including the director, treated my grandmother horribly and lied about many things. If you truly care about your family members I HIGHLY recommend seeking out other facilities & not The Manor. We are thankful she is finally moved to a facility that actually cares for their residents.
