I would not recommend this facility ever! My father was there for over two years and was treated very poorly by some of the staff. He was not given water sometimes, or they would put his water out of reach where he couldn’t access it. They did not always charge his spinal stimulator or hearing aids. Despite many many attempts to talk to the staff about him getting care, it was not always followed through upon. On occasion, he was given hard food, even though his doctor specified soft food so he would not aspirate. He ended up in the hospital many times in the last year for dehydration and pneumonia. The head nurse ignored my calls and didn’t return them. His roommate’s daughter reported that some of the staff was abusive to him. No condolences were given upon his death. Do not take your loved one there.

If I could give a big fat ZERO I would!!! My sister was in there for a couple of weeks and kept telling them she didn't feel good. Finally she went to the hospital with a 105 fever and a uti so bad it got in her blood stream!! Horrible care there!

Nursing staff is friendly & attentive to their residents medical needs as well as families needs. The Director of Nursing is a kind & compassionate professional that really cares about the residents, families, and her staff. They took excellent care of my mom! Facility is clean & safe. Smaller private areas like dining room, court yard, & library for visiting. Caring and fun activities department. Excellent physical therapy & occupational therapy departments. Caring social & financial services as well. Always willing to take time with families about their concerns of their loved one. Always greeted with a friendly staff member smile & chat as you came in doors of facility☺️

Look else where, left one star for nice front desk lady . Under staffed, call lights on, out of meds, meds not on time. The care was for skilled care, what joke, CNA had not knowledge of paints needed or ability.

My Mom currently lives in the independent living section there and Beware. We are looking at moving her. They have fired every employee that has actually given 2 cents about the residents for no reason. There is NO manager - she quit - there is no one at the front desk - they keep firing everyone. This place looked so good and was so great in the beginning Mom has been there for 3 years. This was promoted to be a great place to retire to for active people with planned activities and a staff that cares. This does not exist.
