Please don’t take your loved ones here !! this place is horrible we took my aunt here in hopes of rehabilitating her in but come to find out they just let her sit in her dirty diapers and one nurse would literally vape in the Same room as her … she hadn’t even been in there a week and her health started to decline rapidly she then had to be taken back to the hospital where they sedated her again .. she didn’t even recognize her daughter when she came to visit

There understaffed and over worked! As a patient I'm worried for my well-being. Some days I do not' get my medications correctly! They do not provide a proper reenial diet, as such for diyalis patient's requires. I never received physical therapy of any kind at this phaselity. They decided to go ahead to try and put me on as long-term care.. there transportation to diyalis is 👍!
