Majestic Mountain Care Center does not deserve one star. I had to make the nurses call 911 emergency ambulance for my 82-year-old father three different times in 22 days. He was there for a short stay, I had to pull my dad out of Majestic Mountain Care Center due to neglect and lack of medical attention. This place is unsafe for your loved one.

What a building! I came to visit and I noticed how bright and light it felt here. Very inviting and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The residents were happy and smiling and said hi, too.

The food is terrible and I am having trouble getting the Dr to address my needs despite several attempts by myself and my nurses but otherwise the staff is very nice and treat me VERY WELL and take very good care of me overall I highly recommend this facility to anyone

Everyone was very nice, the nurses were exceptional! Always willing to talk and be there when you need it. Nurses Aids were very important and available when needed. I was taken care of very well. Physical therapy was made for me personally, and I appreciate exceptional care. ❤️

My mom has had a rough couple of years. She was able to transfer here for medical and physical therapy. This is really been a great place for her. She has made friends. They have a lot of different activities for the patients. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and is helping to regain some of faculties .she.has been losing with all the ordeals she has been through the last couple years
