If I could give this place a -1 I would. This 24 hour ER hospital is small and located in the middle of a residential area with little to no cell phone service. The doctor was professional but the nursing staff was rude. There was a loud bald head male nurse seen and heard disclosing patient information to non medical staff. Ignoring patient verbal calls for help. This man also cracked jokes about patient conditions to his peers and everyone allowed it. I witness this man tell a patient bed side as patient voiced his pain “you need to lay off the liquors and you wouldn’t have any problems” and walked away. I felt uncomfortable sharing additional information with this staff or receiving care from their hands so I politely told them I was leaving. I’d rather be seen by professionals. As I walked away the male nurse can be heard saying “ bye! ...kick rocks”. The whole experience …Blew my mind! How is this place still open?
