I live out of state and I had my great aunt here. I never had to worry about her. The couple of times I visited, she was always happy and the staff was so kind. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

‼️Your loved one is not safe at Magnolia Ridge‼️ On the surface, Magnolia Ridge looks wonderful. The building is clean, modern, and impressive when you walk through the doors. Unfortunately, appearances are very misleading. In our experience, every time my grandmother needed assistance, it could take up to 45 minutes to get help. When staff finally arrived, they were rushed or impatient. Nurses who brought medications barely acknowledged her, often speaking no more than a few words. The doctors here are a VERY serious concern. They didn’t bother to read her medical history before giving medications and administering fluids. They ordered a liter of fluids for an elderly patient in kidney failure.. which resulted in her being admitted to the hospital in fluid overload. She was then transferred to a hospice care facility and passed away just days after Magnolia Ridge’s medical care. The only positive I can say about the facility is the physical therapists, they were wonderful and genuinely compassionate. But that’s it.

The Team of therapist at magnolia Ridge is top notch. They are kind and helpful and encouraging throughout a process that helps you get back on your feet again and if you’re lucky makes you even better than you were before and I have been lucky. I’m encouraged to do the most that I can in a positive way. I’ve had two knee replacement surgeries and I am doing great. My surgeon was helpful, of course, but the rehab afterwards that makes his work is all due to the health and support of the team at magnolia Ridge. The pictures included were taken just one month after my surgery. That’s the proof of how well I am doing and the thank you that is included.

Magnolia Ridge is a beautiful facility. As you enter you are welcomed to a very inviting experience, and everyone was always welcoming and caring concerning my visits. The reason for being at the facility was for nursing care, and physical therapy for my dad. Jenna in admissions was instrumental in getting us into the facility and set up in our room and was in contact with us throughout our time there. The finance office was very helpful, Ashley especially was there to guide us through the uncertainty about the insurance issues and any questions or concerns we had, while even going above and beyond her duties to assist the family when needed. While there were times, especially in the beginning, that nursing and CNA care had to be addressed, I always felt that the management, in this case Monica the Director of nursing sincerely took my concerns to heart and followed up on them and resolved them in a timely manner. Nurses Ashley, Jennifer, Nadia as well as many other CNAs were so attentive and caring. Nick, Shelby and Kate in Rehab and Therapy were very encouraging and just genuinely caring during our time there. At the end of our stay Hospice was called in to help meet other needs but I was very thankful that the facility continued to be involved and attentive to our needs during this time. Overall, the facility was always clean and well-kept starting with Amos, whose presence there was always encouraging, helping to provide a genuinely friendly environment. As with any review you are going to have the good and bad but as for my experience with Magnolia Ridge facility, the good far outweighed the bad and ultimately, they have the right people in the right places that truly care and are working diligently to continue to make it an even better experience and facility for the future.
