Well maintained facility without the typical "Nursing Home" smell. Staff very familiar with their guests and keep them moving with activities and games. They also provide some very good food, that I would rank as some of the best I've ever had at an Assisted Living.

Between working in IT and Church Ministry i have been in nursing homes all over North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia. This is by far one the best I Have visited. No "smell", Well Kept Facility. Staff that you can see cares for the residents, Even in the memory care wing where its the hardest job to care for, i could see staff treating people with love and kindness. and every time I'm in the building i see even the office staff and administrator taking time to help anyone who needs them. The Maintenance Men even care about the People here. if i ever need to place a family member somewhere i hope i can get them in somewhere like this.

Beyond disgusting in the secure memory care unit. Upon visiting my father in law I was immediately overwhelmed by the stench of poor environmental upkeep. The on duty " assistant" was as out if touch as the residents. I was literally shocked this was the person left in charge of care and control. Having family members in this industry I am completely familiar with what is acceptable and what is Not. This environment is NOT!

If I could give them a zero stars I would. I had a family member in their memory care unit. Some of the worst care I've experienced, especially so for someone that has memory issues and needs more attention. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I could not leave my loved one in their care. They are the cheapest care in the area and you get less than what you pay for.

I called to talk with my friend Debi today. The staff was so kind to find her and take a phone to her. She sounded wonderful! Thank you all for looking after a dear friend. God bless you for the great work you are doing..Amen!
