I can start off by saying when my family’s got members got there. It was a good nice place for knowing that my dad is very sick and the fact that you will have a staff member tell another family member of mines because my dad did not want to get up out of the bed and she said if he can’t come down, we will put him in a nursing home is disgusting that you would even say something like that to somebody not even the fact that I am my dad‘s care provider and no one has notified me of anything that is going on with my dad if I did not have other family members in this facility, I would not know anything that’s going on with my dad the two nicest people I know there is Barbara and Greg other than that. I have nothing else to say good about this place. How do you take a person food to their room and you’re serving them cold food the medical team has not been taken care of my dad properly and if my dad is refusing any type of services, what should they be doing contacting the family member whose in charge of them and my dad has been there since 2024 and the only communication that is got is when I called them because my dad is telling me that they’re not servicing him in the right way so what would I rate this place a zero if I could have these people appear of putting up all these five stars reviews this is not a five star review and I could go into deeper detail of the stuff that my family members have seen there, but I will not put them on that much of a blast

My father has been at Madison York for over 2 years. I couldn’t be more impressed by the level of care and attention provided to him from the staff. From the administration, Gregg and Barbara all the way down to the cleaning staff have all made a positive impression on my family. We always leave feeling like Dad is in the best possible hands as if they were family.

Barbara and the kind staff at Madison York moved swiftly to help welcome my brother into their community. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly reliable, they offer their residents clean and safe accommodations as well as plenty of interesting and beneficial programs and activities. Most importantly, in my experience, they respond urgently and effectively during times of crisis. My brother's situation was dire due to the sudden death of his partner and the loss of his home, but Madison York not only helped us apply for social security and medical benefits but also ensured that my brother made a seamless transition to his new home, where he is quite happy and now on the road to recovery. It's no exaggeration to say that Madison York's assistance has been a godsend during a highly difficult time. Highly recommended.

I, love this facility for my dad, at first dad, fought me about being placed in an assisted living facility. But, here comes, Ms. Barbara Castellano, the administrative intake personnel. She was AMAZING, she put all of mine and dad’s fears to rest…..she has a beautiful personality and her smile, just warm my dad’s heart…..he, just love her…..Thank you, for helping me with dad and showing me your caring spirit to all of the other residents…..Greg, she is truly an asset to Madison York!

I just called to check up on my application that I submitted and the first thing I hear is her yelling at me and accusing me of already being there when I have never been there before. Then I tried to call her out on it and she hung up the phone.if you don’t like your job then quit like what’s wrong with her. Poor customer service very sad.
