I recently transferred my father to Madison Medical Resort from Midland Medical Lodge because I live in Odessa, and traveling back and forth to Midland was becoming difficult. From the very beginning, Jennifer was absolutely amazing. When I explained my situation, she went above and beyond to help make the transfer possible. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much to me and my family. Making a move to a new facility can be stressful, and I was nervous about how my father would adjust. However, from his very first day at Madison Medical Resort, the entire staff made him feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone—from the front office staff to the nursing team—was friendly, caring, and attentive. Seeing my father happy and comfortable in his new environment gave me such peace of mind. We just recently lost my mom in December and I know it was difficult for him, but they made him feel so Comfortable and happy. It’s such a blessing to find people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help others. I am very grateful to Jennifer and the entire team at Madison Medical Resort for making this transition such a positive experience. Thank you for treating my father with such kindness and respect. ❤️

Coming to see my mother, I have noticed more each visit. The smell at the entrance and the lack of attention to answering the help buttons!!! Hall 300 is a absolute disaster. When I attempted to ask for help for her I was brushed off abruptly by a young lady not sure of her title. While speaking to other family members it seems this is a re occurring situation at this facility. Who do i need to contact to resolve this matter. I don’t want to place my mother at subject to being treated differently

The staff seems to care about the patients, there was a training issue we ran in to yesterday but we will see if that gets resolved.
