My mother lived here and it was a horrible experience. They do not care about you. If you are looking for a community feel stay away. The office staff have no kindness or empathy. My mother wrote a check in pencil and she went to turn it in. They refused to give her a pen and made her go back to her apartment to rewrite the check and walk all the way back down to the office. She had mobility issues so this was taxing for her when they could have just GIVEN HER A PEN! Appalling! There are other things, but I’ve digressed from my main point.<br><br>If you want an apartment that pretends to cater to seniors but actually does nothing and has no care for individuals by all means live here.<br><br>If you want a senior community that cares for its residents and has events to foster a sense of community and improve tenant happiness then look elsewhere.

My mother lives in this complex and has been there since it opened, she loves it. The two pictures of the decorated unit is hers. The building is secure, well maintained and very grand..... speaking of grand, they have a grand piano in the dining room. Recently I changed my review, I found out that rent increases happens sometimes twice a year. The bottom floor was flooded with water on one occasion and they have a high turnover in management. I think that seniors who stay in a complex for at least 5 years, refer friends and pay rent on time- should be excluded from rent increases, most of these seniors are on fixed incomes. Excessive rent increases eventually forced them to move. We all get old if we are blessed, lucky and healthy, the last thing a senior needs in their later years is being forced to move because rent is eating their income up. My mothers unit is showed as a model unit at times and still they constantly raise her rent. I just think it’s foul how our parents are drained for money to fatten the hogs. Beautiful building but their hearts are not in uplifting and making life easy on the people who promote them and stay. Mychaeltodd<br>May 8th 2020

Place was great, c.s. was great explaning what and what not is tolerated. Place was very clean.
