I'm here for Rehab, Madeira Healthcare Center is very clean. The staff is very cordial. Therapy is on point, they get your muscles working! Heather, my PT has been promoting my health and working with me. The nurses and aides are so caring, they come to help quickly. Jeff, the social worker is very diligent.

For a nursing and rehab facility, it is more like an extended family. Because everybody from the nurses to the aides to the administrative team, everyone is nicer then the next. My son has been here for 3 years and we’ve been thrilled. I have recently broke my hip, I’m here for rehab and from my birds eye view, it confirmed all the great things that I’ve felt about this facility. From the time you are admitted, you are greeted by the concierge, Miriam and she makes sure you get all that you need! Jeff, the social worker has been of tremendous support! The facility is extremely clean! It doesn’t smell. The staff overall, helps create a caring, family environment, like extended family!

I am in awe of the care here at Madeira Healthcare. I had an incident where they had to take me to the hospital with severe pain in my left leg, the staff did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable and spent a lot of time addressing my concerns. They first made me comfortable and then sent me to the hospital, I was very happy to return to this staff. The therapy is amazing, the nurses on my floor are amazing. I’m doing better with walking and bathing. I’d recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you Madeira

My sister needs acute rehab at a skilled nursing facility and this was one recommendation. I called to ask someone questions to help with our decision and was answered once by someone who sighed two times like it was a problem for her to answer and then hung up on me and I called back twice to have phone picked up and then slammed down without a simple hello. If this is the first impression they have established for incoming calls, I cannot imagine how poorly the rest of facility may be operated. I worked in healthcare industry for 33 years. If incoming phone management is a problem, that is a big reflection of overall operations.
