My parents have lived at Mackenzie Place for several years, and our experience has been exceptionally positive. As they have grown older, it has been incredibly reassuring to know they are part of a community where they are genuinely cared for and supported.<br><br>What stands out most is the dedication of the staff. They are warm, attentive, and consistently treat residents with kindness, compassion, and respect. By taking the time to build meaningful relationships with residents, they create personal connections that are evident in their daily interactions.<br><br>The community itself is well maintained and welcoming, with a wide range of opportunities for residents to stay active and engaged. My parents have greatly enjoyed the activities, friendships, and strong sense of belonging they have found there.<br><br>As a daughter who remains actively involved in my parents’ lives, I am especially grateful for the peace of mind that comes from knowing they are comfortable, supported, and treated with dignity every day. Thank you to the staff and leadership for fostering such a caring, positive environment for residents and their families.

My father and I shared a lovely two-bedroom apartment at Mackenzie place for five months until it became necessary for him to move into Assisted Living, which as a resident was an easy transition. What I enjoyed most was the resident community – so many wonderful, interesting, friendly people to share daily activities with. The building is lovely and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and kind. Many are very young, part-time employees -- be patient and take time to get to know them. They are delightful! To be honest, there is always room for improvement, but the staff works very hard to maintain the facilities, provide a plethora of activities, and accommodate resident requests. If you are thinking about a senior living community, I encourage you to check out Mackenzie Place. If you move in: choose joy, get involved, make new friends!

Our family had a great experience at Opal (memory care) in MacKenzie Place. The facilities were maintained well and were kept clean. The staff was caring and compassionate. They always took extra time to make sure our loved one was included in the activities and events. The events were engaging, appropriate, and fun. Our family members even enjoyed attending many of the events with our loved one.

My folks, 98 and 100 year olds, were at MacKenzie Place for 3 years. I was there all the time and interacted with most of the independent and assisted living staff. I doubt there is a better senior living facility in all of Colorado. The care they received from a loving, patient staff was incredible. The facility is top notch and the services and activities were really amazing. I would highly recommend MacKenzie Place to anyone looking for senior living in Northern Colorado.

Great staff thst I trust with my elderly father. They made the test for him pleasant and they genuinely care about the tenants there. The holiday decorations are absolutely wonderful and give a festive holiday spirit. Thanks!
