We were pleasantly surprised with your AWESOME service tech! He was the most knowledgeable and polite and full of blessings for us! He took care of our every need including having to come to pull the rail for us! We enjoyed every moment he was with us! He is a super asset to your organization! We would always welcome him to our home and recommend him highly! His name was James! Thank you so much for sending him to us!

I had a wonderful experience with M.R. S. Homecare. Their attention to detail was excellent. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a fabulous young lady(Mandy) whom took her time to explain the equipment to me. I was nervous about taking the equipment home and connecting it correctly but she did such an excellent job in talking me through the steps, I had no issues.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Cam took the time to answer all of my questions and even made suggestions about a mask versus the pillows. Kudos to him and the ladies up front.

I’ve had several dealing a with this location over the years, and I love how helpful Mrs Jenny is in the store. She always knows what I’m looking for for my cpap machine and is quick to recommend something if she things it might be a better fit. She cares a great deal about her patients - it’s so obvious when you see her interact with them!!
