Everyone I spoke with along the way was compassionate and understanding. Our interaction with this company has been nothing but outstanding. In my desperate need to find help for my dad, their scheduling department was helpful and flexible.. Give them a try.. Most positive you won't be disappointed..

I noticed & her caregivers noticed the difference in her attitude and response to your assistance aids and attention provided by your staff made all the difference in her mental stability and mood. Today was our first day with Mikaela. She worked with my husband George on his physical and balance exercises, walking him up and down the hallway. Very friendly and patient with him. She also assisted me with housework chores, dusting, sweeping the kitchen and laundry room, folding laundry, and vacuuming. Still need to learn what she can do for us. I really appreciated her assistance.

i am 44 and had a massive surgery. i am angry at how my case was handled and the poor quality of care. the company claimed to have prior experience with surgical procedures, and they claimed were sending someone equipped for my case. this was completely disingenuous, a lie to collect my money. the care was so poor it was to the point of causing harm post-op. when i reached out to complain and to discuss how i was billed, my emails were totally ignored. my care was horrible and i got no response to emails with concerns. if this is how i was treated, how do they treat elderly? i would never trust them, neither to help me or a loved one. recommend finding someone else.
