I gave this is three stars that went down to two because I'll still ride or die for the staff. Unfortunately I'm back in the hospital and I have no idea how this establishment with who ignored me when I wanted to go to the hospital for pain in my right hip and I woke up one night after being deprived of my sleep because I was in so much pain and their response instead of answering my 911 call was to tell me they can do x-rays there and I said I don't trust them and they're not going to do anything if they don't find anything on the X-ray. The fire department seems to be in their back pocket because the fire department made it seem as if they were not going to take me to the hospital even though I'm writhng in pain. I had partially fallen the day before but no one's documented it and so I'm laying in bed feeling like my leg is coming out of the socket. I go to overlake stand-alone ER and they want to transfer me to the hospital but I told him all my stuff was at this facility so reluctantly I just told them I needed a ride back and the doctor said it up in absolutely stood up for me and said if they do anything like this again to you you need to call 911 again and come straight here. I felt a lot more secure after that happened and then I think 3 days later I was discharged thank you Jesus! So back to me falling a couple of weeks ago as I told them before I left that I did not feel safe at home and they basically said we don't care, you're still going home and I really think it was the pride of the nurse manager because she was upset that I did not listen to her but I'm a grown 51 year old woman I can do what I want and to know that the fire department does what she wants was very very telling of this place. It's a very nice place good food but that upper management staff needs a shake up, and I feel like the patients that are nonverbal what are they going to do? They can't defend themselves against her, I cried when I got back I was pretty upset and I just let it go. Follow up to 2 weeks later this fall said that it was the same fracture from June when I was at this facility and they said I didn't have a fracture. And the biggest problem from the doctor's right now is they were really ticked off that if I had a CT done that would have caused a lot of decrease pain over the last 4 weeks as I'm crying at night wondering what I did wrong to myself when it was their obvious negligence and though I know the doctor and the PA works hard, they obviously didn't work hard enough to see the fracture in my leg. I won't let Northwest Hospital off the hook either because they're the ones that originally kept me in the ER for 24 hours and forgot that I was in the room until 6:00 in the morning but I'll pick my bone with them later. So I quietly gathered my patient medical records and my discharge notice what's a documented for me and nothing includes a fracture. Good luck with us guys!

This is the kind of food that I was given after I told the kitchen manager I like burgers. I leave in 2 days and I didn't take a picture of a lot but that gives you an understanding that they actually do care here and the food is a pathway to the soul I can give one person 100% 10/10 wait I lied, bayu what's my helper with no bias and he personally made sure I was content with his services as long as I was there but he couldn't take ownership over anybody else's behavior. I appreciate that! There's a bigger review coming but since this is my influenster account I'm leaving this right here until I add more.
