Ashley and I worked together in the past, and she is truly an exceptional nurse. Recently, I reached out to her for guidance on finding home care services for a loved one in the area. Although she had no obligation to help, she took the time to answer my questions and provide valuable information. Ashley has always been compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping others. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients and their families, and it shows in everything she does. Ms. Ashley is very considerate and always tries to match me with patients she feels I’ll work well with, since I’m on the quiet side. I also like getting paid weekly, which is helpful. The orientation at Luxe Home Care was very informative and welcoming. She took her time to clearly explain the company’s policies, expectations, and the responsibilities of caregivers. I appreciated how organized the orientation was and how she encouraged questions to make sure I understood the material. The training provided helpful information about client care, safety procedures, and proper communication. She was very professional, supportive, and made the learning environment comfortable ,as a new employee.
