I am under the understanding that this place had flooded Monday due to a backed up sewage system. The halls were filled with water, the residents rooms , and as well as the area they make residents coffee, get ice and water, and have a resident’s refrigerator. Only lord knows where else. I was informed that this day the administrator ordered for the residents to be moved back to their rooms without them being properly cleaned and aired out. The showers were bad and feces were coming up the drains therefore residents were not allowed to get proper showers on their halls. It’s very apparent that the administrator at this facility clearly does not care about the wellbeing of the residents at this facility. It unacceptable that there still has been no deep clean.

The Facility Was Flooded The Administrator Directed Patients Back To Their Room Without Even Properly Being Cleaned. My Loved One Has Not Had A Shower And She Think That Is Fine

All the staff worked hard to get me back to my prior level of functioning.. I had lost my fight but they didn't give up.. They were all so good to me and did not give up. All of the therapist worked very hard to get me to be able to do for myself. Even though the bone in my rt arm has not completely healed, I can now write, feed and bath myself. I am cooking, and doing light housekeeping!! I thank God for providing what I needed. The meals were also fantastic. A special Thank you to all of you!!! I know you will be there if I ever need you again.

We are so grateful for the exceptional care our Nanny has receiving at Luverne Health and Rehab. The staff has shown her genuine compassion, dignity, and kindness every step of the way. Kayla and Teresa have been excellent in helping family also navigate her new home! It brings our family such peace knowing she is in such capable and loving hands. Thank you for treating her like one of your own.

I took my mother here to rehab after a Covid infection. The staff were always courteous and responsive to her every need and she was total care. They did everything they could to accommodate our every need including letting my dad stay with her and sleep in the other bed in the room for days when they could have filled it with a paying patient. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Unfortunately my mom took a turn for the worse while we were there but they were on their A-game getting her stable and transferring her out to the hospital. I could not ask for anything better and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation for their loved ones.
