Everyone at Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness went above and beyond to help us with the transition of placing our loved one there. Emily was so helpful and answered all the questions we had. The nurses and CNA’s on hall 4 are all very polite and are taking great care of our loved one! Ms. Lucy at the front desk is always so welcoming every time we go visit!

My husband had stage 4 metastasis cancer. He needed therapy and we knew where we needed to go!! The outpouring of love dedication and pure kindness was amazing!! He, my Mom and sister all have been residents, and all of them were treated like family. My husband passed away there, and family from out of state said 'they had never seen kindness , care and love given to a family like it us given to us " A small town nursing facility with a big heart. Thank you all!!

I want to say it I am very well pleased with the great service of everyone there that puts effort in there day to care for the patients. My father Vernon Hartley is a resident there and he really enjoys it and I am grateful for everything that is done for him and want to give a special thanks to Savannah Holems for taking the pictures she does amd posting them.

I was a rehabilitation resident there for 2 months. They love to interfere with the residents personal business. HIPPA violations are committed all the time. They should be reported and some of the people that work there need to be fired. Do not take your loved ones there.
