I have been living here about 2 years. I wish I could have came five years earlier this place is fantastic. No stress!!! The office people are very efficient and take care of you. Everything is ran by committee and voting by the owners. I am very pleased with everything

Very nice and well kept property. Great place to retire. Now the maintenance fee could make it unaffordable for those who would be renting their unit and living on a fixed budget.
