I can not possibly tell you what I really think of this place for fear of being sued. This is NOT the place to put people you love. The staff are not qualified. They are not nice nor kind nor caring. They make critical medical mistakes.that easily affect patients well being. They lie and have very bad attitudes and especially if challenged about their supposed care of the patients. They never have enough staff for even the most basic needs. I have never seen anything like this place and hope to God that one day, this place will be shut down. They should not be in business. They make mega money and supply almost zero value to their patients. Smelly, dirty, germy place with zero rating medical personnel and staff. I wish every staff member could spend their end of life in the Lutheran home and I would love to see how their family members would deal and with the total lack of care and respect for the patients.there. Maybe, then things would change In Very, very sad place. I wish we had other options other than the Luther Home. If you need hospice , try as hard as possible to have your loved ones cared for at home. You will live with a guilty conscience for allowing your family member to go to the Lutheran Home. . Your heart will break when you see how they are treated and ignored the very basics of lifes needs. Very, very bad and dirty place with the worst food you have ever tasted. I can go on and on, but honestly just don’t go there. You will never forgive yourself!!!This is my honest observations and truth.
