I started with this company back in Feb.2026 due to being disabled and needing help around my house,was supposed to get a caregiver 3x week. So much for that schedule! I chose this company because they had alot of good reviews and I've had several issues since the 1st day. They do not have any floaters to help in situations like this. My caregiver came down sick and has been off for over 2 weeks. Missing a total of 6 visits. No call, no show, not even a call from their office to keep me posted on anything. She was supposed to return back to work today and once again...nothing. The manager over my caregiver was aware of this but had not been communicating with his supervisor. Latasha is the director and had not been aware of any of this. Once I was finally able to talk to her (due to the receptionist screening calls), Latasha was very understanding and made it a priority to get someone over here that day. Thank you Latasha.

While I see many positive reviews about this company and Daniel, my family’s experience has been deeply concerning and frankly unacceptable. My mother is total assist, meaning she requires help with all activities of daily living. She transitioned to this home health service about a week ago, and it is clear her level of need was either not properly assessed or not taken seriously. She was left without a caregiver for three consecutive days (Friday through Sunday). During that time, she called me in distress, stating she had not eaten and had not been changed for over a day. This is not just an inconvenience, it is neglect. The company was aware there was no caregiver in place and communicated that they were “looking for a replacement,” yet failed to notify her or our family that no one would be coming. On Saturday, when my sister attempted to contact them, we learned the listed number routes to an answering service. As of Sunday, multiple calls have gone unanswered. Entrusting a company with the care of a vulnerable adult comes with the expectation of basic reliability, communication, and accountability. In this case, all three were absent. I strongly urge LT to correct these gaps in care; I’ll be waiting for a phone call. What happened to my mom should not happen to anyone else.

Not sure a much of nothing on this agency, my Dr has sent a few referrals my insurance has sent me statements saying they have approved everything but not once has this agency called me I have reached out to them 3 different times and was told once they didn't receive referrals I called my Dr and they had confirmation where lt received but my Dr went ahead and resubmitted the referral I again had to call lt this time they needed more information from Dr and they ( LT) had sent Dr some paperwork i called my Dr paperwork had been received and filled out and sent back, then I ended up in hospital off and on for almost a month but I never got missed calls but my Dr has now again sent in yet another referral since being released from the hospital. And me being on Texas medicaid and Molina insurance i have no other options in this area it's LT only ( this is not Sherri Spillers I'm on her phone ) this is Connie Spillers
