I’m so grateful to Loving Care Home Services for the wonderful care they provided for my grandmother. From the very beginning, their team was kind, understanding, and made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Extremely unreliable. Staff is not certified to do home healthcare procedures such as continence care. They do not empty catheters and staff is unsure of what they are supposed to be doing. History of frequent last minute call outs with no alternates to work. They don't deserve one star even but i had to give it in order to post this review. Find a more reliable agency to go to.
