I had gave them a 5 star . They noticed abuse of employees and they will remove them after years' of working on psychiatrics , and rehab . Some times the employees being slandered and their is those that try for 24 hours catering service ..Some one nbor kept referring te me as a house cleaner. I work in health care . Those in rehabilitation state don't want to do what their physical therapists wants . There is those that just wants some one to cater to them 24 hours' a day. There is a such thing as abuse of employee. Trained professionals that don't know the what they walking into .

My wife is an amputee and also currently doing dialysis. She has been with Loved Ones for approximately 6 months. The caregivers that we have had Thur this agency are horrible. All the caregivers want to do is sit on their behinds smoke and talk on the phone. There's been many days that no caregiver's has shown up and no notice from the office saying no one was coming. I would not recommend anyone to use this agency. They are very disappointing and very undependable!
