Very disturbing at what I have heard and "seen". The pay is not worth what some workers have to deal with. Idk who and why anyone would leave a positive review...if they only knew. The higher-ups only care about the money coming in. Most of the onsite workers care more and help the patients out of their own pockets then the high-ups. They will believe a complete mentally incapable individual over a complete sound individual. This is the new age system...all about pocketing that money.

I called who I'm guessing is the owner or perhaps manager of the Pineville location, and was completely Disturbed! Whoever this Greg person is was disgustingly unprofessional, couldn't form a correct sentence and completely rude!! This person shouldn't be in charge of anything except his own life, and judging from his behavior that's questionable! I wouldn't trust a mouse in that facility let alone a loved one!
