My grandma was recently placed here, and I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I had the most contact with Cristy and she has been such a blessing to our family — she is incredibly informative, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She walked us through every step and made what could have been a very difficult transition so much easier for both our grandma and our entire family. We are so grateful for the staff at Louisburg rehab & their support during this time!

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from Mrs Woodrum and her staff. The staff exudes professionalism while maintaining a genuine concern for each resident's happiness and health. The dedication to providing exceptional care is evident in every interaction. It was apparent that cleanliness is a priority with common areas and individual rooms. My aunts, living space is cozy, comfortable, and we were allowed to personalize it to her preferences to make it feel like home. The staff has always maintained open lines of communication with both my aunt and our family. Keeping us informed, and involved every step of the way. My aunt not only lives there, she thrives. Her happiness has increased tremendously. . I wholeheartedly recommend Louisburg Healthcare to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

My oldest brother is a long term resident at the Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation facility, and he loves it there. The staff are all just like family to him, and to the rest of our family too. Everyday, my brother calls me to tell me about something fun he’s gotten to do there or something a staff member has done for him to make him happy. We searched all over the city for the best home for my brother, and even though some might appear better, none could compete with the love and personalized care he gets here. Every single person on staff here from the nursing staff to the maintenance staff make a conscious effort to make my brother and all the residents feel loved and well cared for. Two years ago our family went through losing my father, and we decided to move him to this facility at the very end. You can’t imagine the sweet care all of our family got during that terrible time from the staff here! We were all able to be with our dad at the end, including my brother who wouldn’t have been able to if we had been anywhere else at that time. It’s not easy to have to place anyone in a facility, and none will be perfect every second of the day, however, when the time comes that I also need care like this, I will ask to move here!

My mother is a resident there and she loves it. The staff is very friendly and when I am visiting, there is always someone coming in and checking on her or just to see how she is doing on her puzzles! She loves playing bingo and winning snacks or prizes and she also loves that they do several outside activities like shopping or going out to eat. I love seeing the birds and the house kitty when I come to visit and a lot of times there is music playing in the common area from there era. I would recommend this facility for your loved ones it has a very homey atmosphere!
