Staff nice, food is ok. Some of them didn’t answer my call light. The only thing that made me be able to get through this hard time was this one staff member, she is very small but strong, always answering lights on time. I underestimated her and gave her a hard time, but she continued to be patient and caring providing the care that allowed me to get better. Thank you Rosita, bless your heart as a CNA. Much love my heart.

Poor facility, cold, terrible customer service, no pain medication after hip surgery, uncomfortable beds, jail vibes and smells horrible. Very poor and need to be reported for further investigation.
