A little short staffed however great service by Dylan in physical therapy and the helpful staff that stood out Alex, Audriana, Eme Maia, and the nurse Maria and probably forgot a few.Debbie, Sharon,Monica and general all around Amanda.Take care folks. And to.anybody going there the food is terrible so terrible watch out. And Brandi the swallow nurse,Also Debbie the occupational nurse

My grandpa had back surgery and came here to recover and rehabilitate. He received outstanding care; the staff was so helpful, kind, and supportive. They worked with him diligently, and he was able to go home earlier than expected! I highly recommend this facility to anyone whose loved one needs assistance or rehab. They provide the very best care with genuine compassion.

Besides stuff randomly going missing, this place has always seemed nice and my loved one has enjoyed it. HOWEVER. If an elderly patient falls what do you do? You check them for broken bones. Approximately 19 DAYS after a fall, we learn our loved one has been suffering from a fractured knee that went UNNOTICED AND UNCARED FOR. That is unacceptable. How as a facility caring for elderly do you not evaluate your patients for injuries. How as a facility do you not listen to your patient in pain?

Upon walking in for my tour, the facility looks clean and smells nice. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It is a small facility but very organized and no clutter on the halls. I would highly recommend this facility.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible I was only here for less than 24 hours and would never go back. I left against being told to stay. They did not give my meds then tried to say I refused them which is not true. There are elderly ones in here screaming in pain for hours and no one helping them. It’s dirty people are rude. I’m younger so I’m able to advocate for myself but please people check in your loved ones. People here sitting in their underwear garments for days. Just horrible this place needs to be shut down.
