LICC is a gem when it comes to patient care. It’s not often when you run into a nursing home where you feel like the workers genuinely care about their work, their craft, and their patients. It almost feels as if they’re working for their own family members at times, and that I find delightful.

Sukhi (nurse on 4th floor) ,Sarah (Director of Guest Relations) and the majority of the staff on the 4th floor are excellent. They all take the time to explain everything and even allow video calls between my family and my aunt who is there. We truly appreciate the attention, especially when we are all in different states and countries. Thank you for caring.

So I must start off by saying that this rehab center has so many caring people and such a wonderful staff, my mom has been in two other rehab centers, and I had to leave because they were dirty , rundown and the staff was overall rude! If choosing a place for your family is important to you then this place will not disappoint. They had just opened up a bakery near the entrance and let me tell you that the desserts are delicious and there’s nothing better than a hot cup of coffee before going to see your loved one. The staff Always greet you as you’re walking and always so nice. Best thing about the bakery is that iit is complementary to Visitors, staff, patients and residents. Special thanks to Sarah from Guest Relations for always for after needs of my mom. Thank you!!! 😊
