London Lodge

London Lodge is a family-owned and operated assisted living facility in Cambridge, Wisconsin, founded in 1995 by Meg Pennewell. The community comprises two eight-bed community-based residential facilities located in a country setting three miles north of Cambridge, and a four-unit Supported Home Care Apartment building in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

The facility is operated by Meg and Casey Pennewell along with their experienced staff of Resident Care Professionals. London Lodge was created to provide a home-like, individualized environment centered on residents' needs, featuring connections to nature, pets, wildlife, and family life reminiscent of a residential home rather than a traditional care facility.

The setting, inspired by Meg's grandparents' northern Wisconsin cabin, sits nestled among mature pines, bordered by a wildlife preserve, and landscaped with perennials. The property includes gardens where fresh fruits and vegetables are grown for residents, with ample outdoor space for children and dogs. The community's rural location places it four miles south of Lake Mills.

London Lodge's care philosophy emphasizes individual, family-oriented attention. The facility works to support residents throughout their lives, incorporating hospice services and additional nursing support when appropriate to enable end-of-life care within the community setting.
