We recently had to admit my elderly cousin to an assisted living home. We choose Lilac Springs and we couldn’t be more pleased with how the treated and took care of our cousin. They went above and beyond in extending love and care to her. I highly recommend Lilac Springs. They care !!!!!!

This is my first experience with having to have a family member require an assisted living facility. I have looked at several and we chose Lilac Springs because of the care and dedication to helping my family member be comfortable. The administrator and the owner have gone above and beyond what might normally be expected. I spent a great deal of time talking with the current administrator and I know that she is dedicated to helping those that cannot help themselves. She truly has her heart invested in Lilac Springs and the people she cares for. She refers to them as family. I have seen a negative review and I would disregard this as the management has been changed and it certainly shows. I have no reservations in highly recommending Lilac Springs for the care of your loved ones.<br><br>Just an update: My cousin passed away in May. It was of great comfort to know that there was a member of the staff that was with her when she passed. They truly care for each one of their residents.

My child has had the opportunity to perform at Lilac Springs with their school choir over the past few years, and the residents and staff are always so kind and appreciative. It's wonderful to see a senior living community that truly values community connections and supports local students.

We are so grateful for the care our loved one received at Lilac Spring. From the moment we arrived, the facility felt like a true home—clean, bright, and very welcoming. The director, Desiree, is highly professional and ensures the home is managed to a very high standard.<br>The entire staff was attentive and genuinely caring, and we especially appreciated how they kept us updated as needs arose. They also collaborated seamlessly with Hospice services, which meant the world to our family. We loved that families were invited to visit anytime and were even included in holiday meals. With daily activities like crafts and exercises, and a beautiful outdoor patio with flower boxes, it’s a place that truly prioritizes the well-being of its residents. I highly recommend Lilac Spring to any family looking for a compassionate environment.

Very dedicated management and caring staff. They do all they can to make sure residents feel at home. It's never an easy transition for a loved one to have to give up their independence, but the move to Lilac Springs has been a very positive experience. Our entire family is relieved that mom is in a place where she can get extra help any time of night or day. The facility is not too big where people can get lost in the shuffle, but it's big enough to have people to meet and activities to do. Overall the facility is kept in good repair and impressively clean.
