If you love your family member and you place them here, keep a close eye on them. Ask questions and demand answers. You will be lied too, your phone calls will not get returned so follow up with supervisors and document conversations. Your family member deserves to get good care and they won’t unless you are there to help them. Beware and follow up with agencies if your are concerned!

My mom is living at the Comprehensive Care Center and I feel relieved. She has been there 2 years and has received great care. The staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, professional and caring. The facility is clean and bright. Thank you CCC for all that you do for my mom and the other residents. It is greatly appreciated.

I have been a patient here since 10/08/19 after having a 20lb abdominal mass removed from my abdomen by Dr. Baeke. I have received extraordinary care so far, the RNs here are very compassionate, caring, and thorough, the CNAs are also very caring and attentive, along with the PT team led by Aaron and my OT Amanda. Their NP Karen, my wound care team Deja and Donny, are phenomenal and I will forever be grateful for the care I've received from day 1, it has been a long and difficult recovery but the staff here has made my stay a positive one, the activities team makes things fun, the food is also yummy and nutritious. I now see the light at the end of the tunnel and will be returning home soon enough to my precious trio, but I will be forever grateful to the entire staff at the CCC, I've really bonded with some great people here and will even consider volunteering with my teenage daughter after I return home. If you ever need a place to recover from injury, illness, or surgery this is the place to do it at. Thank you all, keep up the compassionate and exceptional care you give. God bless!!!

We looked at a lot of care centers before we placed my brother-in-law at Lompoc Valley Medical Center: Comprehensive Care Center. I am so glad this is where he is now staying. He is getting such great care and he is slowly improving so that someday he will be released. The staff is ready and willing to help, they are friendly and professional, and they are very accommodating! I have been there on average of 2 times a week for some months now and the place is always so clean! It never smells bad. My B-I-L is a retired chef and he says the food is "pretty good". For a chef that's saying a lot! The food looks and smells really good to me although I have never eaten it. I can't say enough good things about CCC and the staff. I'd like to list the names of my favorite staff but there are just too many! Thank you, CCC!

This review is for the lompoc valley medical center. Super bad customer service. Would Not recommend. Unfriendly people. They charge whatever they like for a doctor's visit. No estimate whatsoever! Only have generalist doctors. No x ray. Stupid system. I'D d rather stay home cure myself for my sprained ankle. I don't really care using my medical insurance even though I have a really good HMO. Waste of my time. Probably raise the price if people have insurance. No transparency at all. Their physical exam have zero value. Waited 20 mins.
