The leadership has been amazing! Recently my aunt encountered some challenges which were very difficult for both her and myself to walk through. The executive director and business office couldn’t have been more supportive. They went above and beyond for us and made sure that they were with us as we walked through this season. I highly recommend moving there knowing that your loved one will be apart of a loving community ran by leaders who truly lead with their hearts.

I'm not a resident at Lockwood but I do often visit, and I gotta say it's lovely there! The staff members are helpful, the community is beautiful, and the residents are so nice! I even heard that they do a lot of activities with the residents so that's a bonus!

We moved our dad in when it was no longer a good idea for him to live alone in his home. This is a great place for that next step. It offers independence with the option of assistance as needed in varied areas. You build your package as your needs change. It's a lovely place, clean and we'll taken care of. The apartment was beautiful and staff members were always friendly and accommodating. The community of people living there were very kind and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience for my family!!

What a great community! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. I toured with Heather who really took her time to show me around. There are tons of planned activities and the dining hall is great. I would definitely recommend it here!

This place is amazing! The Gardens is the only place in Macomb County that I would recommend to anyone! It is VERY VERY clean, beautifully decorated, and the Manager, Deanna puts her heart and soul into this place! From scheduling activities, planning parties, to off site lunches, and trips. Her number one priority is making the residents happy and making sure they always have what they need. There is a calender that goes out monthly with a schedule. They have a bus that takes residents to their doctors appointments, shopping, and off site activities. A beautiful breakfast in the dining room is included each morning. The manager and the residents here are a true delight!!
