Everyone is very helpful and treats me like a person and not just a patient. I have my own room in a quiet end of the hall, so I get a good nights sleep each night. As far as the meals are concerned, the menu is tailored to my food requests. The meals are very tasty and the menu are varied. I still have a ways to go with my PT but I am happy with the progress I’ve accomplished. I’m hoping to be able to go home within the next week or so.

I have been a resident for healing. The staff is very good and reliable at all times of the day. It's been a pleasure meeting with them, even under circumstances that I have made a few good friends. I really enjoy the activities to do and the food is great! Thank you for being here when you are needed.

There are a few great staff members at this facility, but not enough to truly give the care, compassion and respect your loved one deserves. They won't follow up on grievances so don't even bother, from letting residents sit in soiled clothing for hours to their response to call lights being at times an hour (I made sure to keep proof from the time I was made aware until I could get to the facility to assist my grandfather with his need to use the restroom. Yes an hour!). I brought cleaning supplies to clean my grandfather's room due to how rare it was actually cleaned. I spent everyday there making sure he was cared for, assisted to the restroom, his clothes changed and showered (yes, I personally showered him because when its their shower day they are given the "Hey it's your shower time OR do you want to deny it" and then report to you they are denying showers and need to be encouraged to shower). The dignity these residents deserve is not given. Do your loved one a favor and find another place to care for them because this is NOT the place. Thank you for responding, but im not interested in reaching out to discuss, as I had in the past with no resolution. Do better for future resident's and don't let it get to the point that a review is where your attention is finally given to address the issues, address them immediately.

My mother was admitted to LHRC in Livingston,Mt for a period of six months. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the entire staff for the care and compassion and dedication they gave to my Mother. She was treated with respect and care and there were a few CNA’s and RN’s that went above and beyond to see that her needs were met. She had people “wrapped around her little finger”, so to speak, as they were always there to see she got what she asked for and helped her when she needed. From her wanting mashed potatoes or applesauce or her tea, they accommodated her at her every request. Her therapy was always done to her capabilities. The staff always had a hug and a kiss for her whenever I pushed her through the hallways. She was treated like family and they, in my opinion, are our Angels on earth. I highly recommend LHRC for any health care your family members may need whether it’s short term or long term. Thank you to each and everyone of you! Beyond grateful!
