We are grateful to Karen, Sarah, Janice and Kenzie at Live Free who provided loving care and companionship to our mother. To a person, each is a wonderful and skilled caregiver who truly has her client’s interest at the forefront of everything she does. You met our mother where she was and followed her lead on her interests and abilities. You made her feel special and the sole focus of your attention. We could not have asked for anything more or better. You are such special people - thank you!! And a shout out to Tammy, Christine and Nick who behind the scenes made the schedule work and were there to coach us kids along the way, answering questions and always showing flexibility as our situation changed. You all provide a wonderful service that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs help at home.

We have been using Live Free for almost 2 years for my father and stepmother. It was one of the best choices I made for them! The caregivers are consistent with their care and concern, and are detailed with the notes they leave in our correspondence notebook. If anything seems off in any way they will alert either myself, or the office/nursing staff and the issue is tended to. They give my dad great companionship, which has been a huge thing since my stepmom went into assisted living/nursing home care recently. The office staff is prompt in letting us know if there needs to be a change with caregivers, or anything else we may need to know. And lastly, they CARE. Very much so. 10/10 recommendation!

My family and I are so grateful for the wonderful care Live Free is providing for my mother. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and  well cared for during each visit. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands. We can see the difference it has made in out mother’s  quality of life. I highly recommend Live Free to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones.

Live Free Home Health Care provided care to our parents for approximately 3 years; their assistance in supporting our family's needs was invaluable. Anyone who has tried to coordinate quality, professional and compassionate care for their loved ones knows that it is not without its challenges and frustrations. In fact, when we initially started to explore home health care options for our parents, we found the process to be quite overwhelming and really didn't know where to begin or even what questions to ask - this was especially tricky during the early days of the pandemic. That being said, from DAY ONE, we felt as if we truly partnered with Tammy, the Executive Director, to address our concerns and our parents' ever evolving needs. Tammy and her Office Team worked closely with us to ensure the right Caregivers were in place to meet our (very high!!) expectations. Naturally, not every Caregiver was initially a perfect fit, but Tammy and the Office Team always addressed our concerns quickly; changes were made as needed. All of our Caregivers were very nice and compassionate; some were truly special - extra kind, extra caring, delivering many welcomed laughs along the way. They were also all super reliable. In the unusual event when a Caregiver could not make their scheduled shift (snowstorm, illness, etc.), Live Free always found another Caregiver to step in and cover; they never left us "high and dry". In fact, on one occasion, a Caregiver had to go home in the middle of a night shift, and Christine (from the Office Team) covered the remainder of her shift! We will always be grateful for Live Free's support and we recommend them for anyone in need of home health care.

When we faced an emergent need to find in-home care for our Dad, we knew exactly who to call based on our past experiences with Live Free caring for another family member. Tammy and her team were right there to help. They worked closely with us to understand our needs and they accommodated us in every way. Our Dad received compassionate care from each caregiver and we, as a family, were supported during this tough time. He was blessed to pass away at home, as he wanted, because of Live Free Home Health and we couldn’t be more thankful to them.
