Worst experience ever! My mom was transfered from Saint Francis after having hip surgery. She arrived at said facility was greeted by a friendly staff they brought her coffee and were treating her well. Then the ambulance drivers left. And it became like a scene out of a scary movie. I told them when I got there that her call light had been going of for a while. They were rude about it. Then I told them she needs rails on her bed. They called the higher ups but said that they couldn't do it it was against the state of Oklahomas law to put rails on there bed.i told them she would fall. They said they woul keep a close eye on her. Well...they didnt they didnt answer the call lights she got up out of bed and she fell and she laid there 10 minutes before they found her. Oh and did I tell you they were having us bring outside meds.in to give her. They were correct. But they didnt now that because they never looked at what we gave her. I only gave it a 1 because there wasn't a -10

I have 2 relatives that live here and they love it. The continuity of care is pretty consistent. Sometimes they don't seem to have enough staff. The staff that they do have though are kind, considerate, and they do their best to make my family feel welcome. Communication between staff needs to improve because sometimes important information doesn't get passed on to who it should. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I wouldn't give it a 1, since I think it is slightly better than Drumright's nursing home. However, my aunt was there for a while, and they lost some of her things. That could be forgiven, however they lost some dentures, which were expensive to replace, and they didn't even help with that. My cousin must have signed a form that says they're not liable for lost items, but still! They could have paid like half the cost of replacing them as a goodwill gesture. I'm from AZ, and there they have assisted living homes, which are cleaner, newer and have less people. Yes, they are private, but they still accept medicaid and the like, and are regulated. I've never seen anything like that here, just like on another review, I couldn't find any "full service" car washes here, until I finally found ONE in Tulsa. Maybe Tulsa has some nice assisted living homes, I don't know, but rural OK is behind the times in many ways.

They allow their employees come to work sick, they never have enough supplies, they allow the residents to b abused by the nurses and blame it on the aids like children. They are rude disrespectful to the residents. I have been n there seleveral times and they left a resident n a dirty diaper and didnt change it until the night crew came on they dont have a lot of nurses there is always to two people at night for 49 people. I honestly wish someone would close this nursing home down
