I have been volunteering at LindenGrove for the past few months and I have had such a positive experience. With the help of the activity director, Lucy, I have grown so much as an individual and have really enjoyed my time getting to know the residents. LindenGrove is a very organized facility with amazing staff members and an overall amazing environment.

Staff were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had good conversation and we were just like families. If I ever had to come again, I'll choose you! I have no complaints. I love Lucy, the Activity Director.

Linden Grove Rehab Center is truly one of the best places for residents to stay. The residents are kept engaged and happy with so many wonderful daily activities like pony visits, bingo, birthday celebrations, and more. The environment feels warm, caring, and lively every day. Lucy has been an amazing director — compassionate, dedicated, and always making sure the residents feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a supportive and joyful community for their loved ones.

Overall the menomonee Falls Linden Grove Menomonee is a great facility and I would recommend it to anyone needing rehab The staff was good especially 2 nurses stood out the most were Sherry and Mary The only issue my daughter and I had was how poorly the discharge was handled Discharge paperwork dropped off with no explanation of my medical needs once home Mo wheelchair to the car the nurse didn’t have any idea of how to fold up my walker and when she finally did, she walked away and never came back I informed all my medication was ordered and sent to Walgreens but never received by Walgreens Also you may need more work on Social Workers My walker was supposed to be paid for by Medicare so she said, I ended up paying $95 for it, Nebulizer was supposed to be paid for but company was out of network, Oxygen was supposed to be taken care of, but when I got home and called they were also out of network and did accept my insurance I had to go back to ER today because of lack of oxygen and they have set me up now with everything I need and all the proper medication One more issue, I went there with 2 bags of personal belongings that were no where to be found when I left

I would not recommend sending your love ones to this facility. My father had to go there for rehab over the past two weeks. My family came to visit him on a Sunday. He was still in bed at 2:30 pm in the afternoon, his bed and clothing was soaked in urine. I had to hunt down an aide to assist him. The second shifts aide thought it was despicable that no one had taken care of him. Sherrie the aide, immediately assisted him, washed and got him dressed. He had not been served lunch as of 3:00 pm. Our family came to visit him again, on Saturday, none of his clothing was washed and still sitting in the overfilled hamper. He was slumped over in a wheelchair. I took all of his clothes home and washed them myself. I brought him new changes of clothing that same day. I hunted down an aide again to ask the to put him in the new clothing. Today, he was picked up from Linden Grove and brought back to his home at Arboretum. The majority of his clothes were left behind and his razor. He arrived in a soiled condition and urine soaked pants. My husband and I went to the Linden Grove to today to express our disgust with quality of care and to collect the remaining clothing and razor. The receptionist, went with us to his room and said she had collected all the items and did not see a razor. We found the remainder of his clothes in the hamper and his razor sitting on the bathroom sink. Very disturbed and appalled at the quality of care and the lack of staff at this facility.
