One of the most amazing DME companies I've ever had the privilege of working with. I have my CPAP through these guys and my uncle on O2 (oxygen). I have never seen a nicer office then this one the young lady at the desk is always attentive when I go in for my uncles supplies. The only time I've ever waited was when she was on the office phone I've never seen her with her cellphone in her hand unless shes looking up info while on the phone or for someone in general. This offices receptionist always has a smile on her face even when shes upset. Ive also read the comment from 4months ago and this office has never looked like a hoarders basement, that person must have been in the wrong office. Thank you lincare for all your support and assistance needed especially to the front desk young lady 🙏🏻.in the first photo im next to the door the young lady went into the kitchen area for some water and I anonymously took this picture as I said I've never seen a cleaner more put together office.

Terribly disappointed with my service from this office. I’ve observed the receptionist on her cell phone every time I’ve entered the building and her failing to acknowledge anyone walked in the door until she’s finished with her phone. My test results were never sent to me or my doctors office after I completed the testing. The office is cluttered and unorganized, makes you feel like you are walking into a hoarders basement. Hopefully we can get a more professional and reliable option in the area.

The local Lincare office in Three Springs has been wonderful! They actually sat down with me and went through all the information about my new BiPAP machine. They took the time to make sure I was getting a properly fitting mask. Once it was time to reorder supplies, I have to say that there were quite a few snags with my insurance and the company that sends out the supplies. Vickie at the local office spent a lot of time getting it all straightened out on my behalf. I made a single phone call to her and she got it done. Thank you Vickie! I recommend the Lincare office here in Durango/Three Springs.

I have been using LynCare for oxygen therapy since February of 2024. I just wanted to recognize Ashley Valencia for EXCEPTIONAL… and I mean EXCEPTIONAL customer service that she has provided to me over the past few months. Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have what I need with my oxygen treatment. Her communication and follow-up as well as education and training with all things oxygen related has been EXCELLENT. I am so glad that she is there. She has made this experience for me a good one! LynCare is lucky to have such a great employee…. Ask for her if you are new to LynCare… she knows how to take care of her people!

I have lupus, and it started affecting my lungs about 3 years ago, enough to where I began needing supplemental oxygen at night. It's now to where I need oxygen during the day as well. Lincare has been absolutely wonderful & helpful with all of my oxygen needs. I had a few issues with my insurance at 1st, and Lincare was able to get everything sorted out quickly. I live in a small mountain town an hour away from the nearest Lincare, and if I need new tubing or any other equipment, they send it immediately. I had an issue with my oxygenator a year ago, and I was sent a repla cement immediately. When I call, I usually speak with Vicky or Ashley, and they are extremely patient, sweet & helpful. Ashley really took the time to explain how everything works to make sure I was comfortable using my equipment. My physician sent over the orders incorrectly for my portable daytime equipment, and Vicky helped get everything straightened out very quickly. I live in the mountains at an elevation of 7,200 ft, and I SERIOUSLY wouldn't be able to live here anymore without my oxygen equipment!!
